Arrival & departure
Check-in from 3:00 PM. A team member will welcome you, or you will receive self check-in instructions in advance. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Ask ahead about early arrival or late departure; these cannot be guaranteed.
Before checking out
Take rubbish to the green bins in the parking area, load and start the dishwasher, turn off lights and air conditioning, and leave the keys inside the villa.
House rules
No pets, no parties and no smoking indoors. Quiet hours: 3:00–6:00 PM and after 11:00 PM. Switch off lights and air conditioning when not needed.

The key fob opens the main entrance gate and villa front door. Each villa has its own Wi-Fi network:

Bathrooms
Do not flush toilet paper or feminine hygiene products. Use the waste bins provided. Plumbing costs resulting from blockages may be charged to guests.
Laundry & towels
Each villa has a washing machine and an outdoor drying rack. Use the coloured towels by the pool or take them with you to the beach, and keep the white bathroom towels for use inside the villa.
Pool, garden & water
Use only plastic cups and glasses outdoors and by the pool. Pool and garden maintenance is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. If the schedule changes, we will inform you in advance. Water from all taps is drinkable. The pool is 1.5 metres deep and has a hydromassage system. Please do not dive into the pool.
Rubbish & parking
Use the green rubbish bins in the parking area. FREE on-site parking is available at the property.
Local shopping
Local shops are open Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, with additional evening hours on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30–9:00 PM. Multinational chains and supermarkets follow different hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–9:00 PM and Saturday until 8:00 PM. On Sundays, you can visit the local supermarket behind the property or alternatively SYN.KA. Agioi Apostoloi ↗.
Security & safety
The property has security cameras in the parking area and smoke detectors in all rooms. By prior arrangement, a private security system can also be made available separately for each villa if needed.
